When this arrived, the box was badly crushed, and the packaging just didn’t seem strong enough for something like this. Because of that, the sign ended up bent, which was frustrating right out of the box. It also didn’t really look brand new to me, it had that kind of handled/used look, like it had maybe been returned or not stored carefully. I was expecting it to arrive in clean, protected condition, so this was disappointing

I ordered a sign from signswagusa.com and at first it looked good when it showed up. I put it outside and it was fine for a few weeks, but after some heavier rain and wind, the edges started bending a little. The colors still look decent, so it’s not a total loss, but I wish it was tougher for outdoor weather. Kind of annoying because now I feel like I wasted energy setting it up and checking on it when it should’ve just held up better.

The print itself turned out okay, but the colors were definitely a bit off from what I expected. It probably wouldn’t have bothered me as much if it hadn’t arrived right when I needed it, so the timing made the whole thing more frustrating

I had a quick question about my order and expected to be waiting a while, but they got back to me fast. The whole thing was easy and they didn’t overcomplicate it, which I appreciated. For a simple order issue like mine, the support was really solid. I’d use them again based on this experience.

I ordered a sign and when I first pulled it out, I thought it looked decent from a distance. But once I got closer, I started noticing the print was a little blurry and some of the edges were rough in spots. The material also felt thinner than I was expecting, so I’m not super confident it’ll last very long. Shipping was totally fine and it’ll do the job for now, but I was hoping for better quality for the price.

I’ve ordered similar items before and usually the proofing process takes a while, so I was happy they sent the proof over quickly. I needed one small change and they were easy to talk to about it. There was a little back and forth, but nothing frustrating, and the final order turned out good. Overall, I’m happy with the experience

I ordered a small sign because it reminded me of one my aunt has in her kitchen, and I thought it would be a cute little addition to my place. Once I got to checkout though, the total climbed faster than I expected with shipping and the extra add-ons.
The sign itself was fine, not bad or anything, but it didn’t feel as sturdy as I hoped for the price. I probably should’ve shopped around a bit more first. It’s not the worst purchase I’ve made, but it just didn’t feel like a great value to me...
